At House of Thobes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your thobe doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the garment is folded neatly to avoid damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
